To maintain wellness I suggest:
• Seasonal or regularly scheduled acupuncture visits for optimal health
• Consistent treatment to keep Qi flowing freely to prevent symptoms from returning
• Exercise and eat well
• Cultivate a balance between work, love and play
• Cultivate a “quiet mind” through meditation, tai chi, qi gong or other yogic practices
